I began my ESL teaching career in January of 2006 as part of my curriculum for obtaining my CELTA certification. After graducation, I went to China for 8 months. From there, I began teaching online for Englishtown and am still part of their contract teaching pool. Since becoming an ESL teacher with Englishtown, I was awarded their Diligence Award and was promoted to the position of Global Head Teacher and teacher IT guru.
