Very healthy here but no "gym bunny".​ Workouts include a balance of swimming, aerobics & weight lifting with a very healthy diet. I love and participate in many extreme sports. My recent Ph.D. in Communicatio​n Studies have given me the opportunity to lecture at some very interesting universities​.
