HOUSEKEEPING DUTIES: Employer hereby employs Employee as a housekeeper for clients of Employer and Employee hereby accepts such employment from Employer. Employee shall receive dwelling accommodations from Employer as set forth below. Employee shall devote his/her entire working time to performing housekeeping services as directed by Employer. Employee's duties shall include, but not be limited to, the following: cleaning hotel rooms, stripping and making beds using fresh linens, cleaning public areas in and outside of client’s hotel/resort, mopping, polishing, vacuuming, dusting, and scrubbing. Employee may also be required to perform laundry duties, including gathering of dirty linens, operating the washing and drying machines, folding and putting away laundry items. This position does not require any special skills or knowledge. SERVER(WAITER),BUSSER,HOSTES DUTIES: - set table cutlery, serviettes and condiments before the start of meals; - take restaurant reservations - welcome and seat customers and hand menus to them - talk to guests about the menu and drinks and recommend combinations - seat the guests when they arrive, take their orders, and serve food and beverages; - familiarise yourself with the menu and recommend dishes, drinks and wines when taking orders; - clear used cutlery and replace table settings when guests leave; - serve individual portions or dishes and refill drinks when requested. - make up bills and present them to customers - handle money or credit cards - clear tables and return dishes and cutlery to kitchens - clear used cutlery and replace table settings when guests leave. THE SECRET=ADDITIONAL INFORMATION FOR THE BEST SERVICE AND THE BEST TIPS: - Host and busperson should smile,stand with good posture,make eye contact and warmly welcome guests within one minute of their seating. The host should extend a chair,hand opened menus to guests,and not leave the table until all are seated, The host should also give a wine list to every party without first asking if the guests ant to see one. - Recommend a specific cocktail.When guests do not specify a brand of liquor,suggest call premium brands.Describe the soups.Also describe appetizers. Serve the coctails first,then soup and appetizars. Describe special entrees.Serve bread before the first course. Remove the menus and wine list, and pleasantly make your exit. - Serve the soup, appetizers or salad. When coctails are 1/4 from empty,ask if guests would like another round.Clear appetizers. Remove empty cocktail glasses,handling them from the base. - Clear soup or salad. Serve entrees.Monitor the table. Ask if there is anything more you may bring them, and wish guests an enjoyable meal. Whithin 3 minutes of serving the entrees, check back to see if everything is satisfactory. When everyone at the table is finished, ask if you may clear the plates. - Bring the dessert tray.Mention some after dinner drinks and spessialty coffes. - Serve specialty coffes and tea from a tray. Serve desert with the appropriate silverware. - When all guests have finished dessert clean the plates. Ask if there is anything else you may bring the guests. - When you are sure that the guest will be having nothing more present the check in folder with a pen. - When guests are ready to leave, thank them warmly for their visit. Assist them with their coats.Thank all guests who are leaving the restaurant, not only the ones who are sitting on your station.
